About Oakstrap

Oakstrap is an independent accessory brand operated by Tideflow Media, registered in the Netherlands. Our products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Swatch Group AG or Audemars Piguet. The Oakstrap is a third-party accessory designed to be compatible with the Swatch x AP Royal Pop.

Orders

By completing a purchase you confirm that the information you provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

Pre-orders

All current orders are pre-orders. By placing a pre-order you agree to purchase the product once it ships. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund by emailing info@tideflowmedia.nl.

Pricing

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on oakstrap.com including images, text and branding is the property of Tideflow Media. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Liability

Oakstrap is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
