Processing

All Oakstrap orders are pre-orders. Your order will be processed immediately and shipped within 3 weeks after the official Swatch x AP Royal Pop release date. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering and a shipping update as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows.

Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 2 business days. Rest of Europe: 3 to 5 business days. Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over 60 euros. Standard shipping costs 4.95 euros for orders below 60 euros. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. You can use this number to follow your shipment in real time.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer. Oakstrap is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at info@tideflowmedia.nl and we will investigate immediately.
