About Emily & Charlotte Emily & Charlotte is a women's fashion brand. We sell women's clothing and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Orders By completing a purchase you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner and delivered within 7 to 12 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances outside our control. Free shipping applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Returns and Refunds You have the right to return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

Pricing All prices are listed in British pounds. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property All content on emilyandcharlotte.com including images, text and branding is the property of Emily & Charlotte. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Liability Emily & Charlotte is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands. Nothing in these terms removes your rights as a UK consumer under applicable UK law.
